DRILLING WITH REVERSE WASHING (REVERSE CIRCULATION, AIR LIFT) ON DRILLING RIGS OF THE LBU-50 SERIES

In October, 2016 the Geomash company carried out testing and pre shipment demonstration of the set for drilling with the technology of reverse circulation (AIR LIFT) on the LBU-50 drilling rig.

The full cycle of drilling with the reverse washing with a diameter of 500 mm up to the depth of 50 meters was shown:

- well construction under the conductor with a diameter of 630 mm when using "sliding" drill bars with a diameter of 650 mm up to the depth of 6 meters (at operation for start of Air lift 4.5 meters is enough);
- transition on drilling with the reverse circulation (air lift) and drilling up to the required depth;
- drilling cycles of hoisting operations by means of a two-gripping elevator, under layer and punch down keys on a boring table including use of a hydraulic breaker was demonstrated.

The Geomash company, is ready to satisfy the demand of organizations at drilling operations for implementation of tasks on construction of water lowering wells, hydrogeological (water production), technical wells of big diameter to 1000 mm and up to 100 meters in depth on drilling LBU-50-02-04-07-08, LBU-50-30 rigs.

Technical characteristics of the reverse circulation set (air lift) on the LBU-50 basis:

- diameter of reverse circulation drilling - to 1 m (1000 mm);
- drilling depth (depending on the drilling rig) - to 100 m;
- parameters of the compressor AK 9\10 (productivity - 9 m³/min.; pressure - 1,0 MPa), or an analog.
