UGB-786-200 with torque – 700 kgfs

Successful tests of the new modification of the hydrodriving UGB drilling rig – UGB-786-200 with torque of 600 kgfs– on the production field LLC Geomash-Vladimir at the end of December, 2015. This modification is mounted on the caterpillar GTM-6.0 tractor of Geomash production.
UGB-786-200 provides various technologies of drilling: cable percussion drilling, including in a string of hollow augers ShR-187, ShR-200; rotary core drilling "dry" / with airflush; shock and rotary drilling with application of submersible (DTH) pneumatic impact tools, including core sets KN; auger drilling and also use squeezing core barrels.

Technical characteristics of UGB-786-200:
- torque – 700 kgfs
- feed force up/down - 8 000/4000 kgfs
- feed stroke of the rotator – 3 400 mm
- spindle rotation frequency 0 - 350 rpm

Complete set of the rig includes:
- boring winch with free fall, load capacity – 3 000 kgfs
- compressor AK-9/10
- upsetting desk with towing capacity of 15 000 kgfs.

Technical characteristics of the upsetting desk:
- towing capacity, max. – 15 000 kgfs
- push down force, max. – 8 000 kgfs
- diameter of fix pipes, max. – 350 mm
- diameter of the applied upsetting pipes: 108 – 325 mm.

The first batch of UGB-786-200 drilling rigs is dispatched to the consumer. Rigs will be used at route survey. Reviews of UGB-786-200 work will be posted on our website.
