Drilling rig and off-road vehicle of own development

In January, 2016 the mobile drilling rig MBU-320-01 on the caterpillar off-road vehicle GTM-0.8B of "Geomash" production with the hydraulic system drive from the mid-flight diesel engine of the chassis has successfully passed field tests on JSC Geomash.
Application of the MBU-320-01 drilling rig: drilling of engineering-geological boreholes in grounds of the I-IV categories on drilling capacity with augers and core equipment "dry" with a diameter up to 250 mm, in grounds of the IV-IX categories on drilling capacity core equipment with a diameter up to 132 mm by rotary, shock and rotary methods with airflush.
Complete set of the MBU-320-01 drilling rig includes:
- hydraulically driven winch with free fall option;
- screw compressor with prestarting heating (productivity – 5 m3./min; maximum working pressure, not less – 8 atm.);
- work desk with maximum drift diameter of 255 mm;
- toolboxes for boring tools.
The transport base GTM-0.8B has a capacious four-seater cabin that allows to transport not only the boring crew, but also other experts on location of drilling operations. For protection against rainfall into the transport base the GTM-0.8B case is equipped with a tent.
The mobile drilling rig MBU-320-01 on GTM-0.8B - of the Geomash companies own development. GTM-0.8B and boring joint hinge are made on the platform of JSC Geomash (Kursk region, Shchigry).
